What we collect

When you submit an application or contact form on this site, we collect your name, email, phone, city, age (optional), and any notes you choose to share with us. When you enroll as a student, we additionally collect your enrollment program, payment information (processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number), and your activity inside the trainers (which modules you've used, what you've practiced).

Why we collect it

To respond to your application or message
To deliver the educational program you've enrolled in
To match graduates with hiring offices (only with your explicit permission)
To improve the trainers based on aggregate usage
To send program updates and reminders (you can opt out)

What we don't do

We don't sell your information to anyone. Ever.
We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We don't track you across other websites.

HIPAA & patient data

The practice management trainers contain only fictional patient data we created for educational purposes. No real Protected Health Information (PHI) is ever loaded, processed, or stored. The trainers are not a HIPAA-covered service; they are an educational simulation.

Cookies & analytics

This site stores small bits of information on your device (called localStorage) so the trainers remember which patients you've worked on, your preferred Help-mode and skill-level settings, and your sign-in session. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@PremierDentalAcademyOfLongview.com. Texas residents have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act — including the right to access, correct, and port your data.
