Paying with WIOA funding
WIOA (Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act) is a free federal program that may cover your tuition if you qualify. You don't apply through PDA — you apply directly with Workforce Solutions East Texas. Here's exactly how it works:

Fill out the WIOA interest form. It's on the Workforce Solutions website and takes about 5 minutes. Open the WIOA interest form →

They'll contact you — within up to 3 business days, a Workforce Solutions team member reaches out by phone, text, or email to discuss your eligibility and next steps.

Start early — the process takes about 6–8 weeks. Begin as soon as possible so your funding is ready in time to join the class date you want.

Pay in full is $3,000. On a plan it's $3,500 — $500 down today, then the $3,000 balance auto-billed on the schedule you choose.
The Premier Pay-in-Full Pack
Enroll paid-in-full as one of the first two students in the next class and you also get: an embroidered scrub coat, a custom PDA T-shirt, a badge reel, your own typodont, a starter instrument set, private onboarding with Amanda, and a performance-based recommendation letter at graduation.
Up to 12 payments (weekly or monthly). Your certificate is issued once tuition is paid in full.
Each payment lands on a Friday — starting the first Friday on or after this date.
