Is this live classes on a schedule?

No. The online program is fully self-paced — video lessons, guided homework, quizzes, and software practice you do on your own time. There is no set class schedule, which is exactly why it works for people with jobs and kids.

Do I become a Registered Dental Assistant when I finish?

Finishing earns the PDA Certificate of Completion. Becoming an RDA in Texas is a separate registration with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE), which has its own requirements — our curriculum and exam-prep tools are built around preparing you for that path, and the included mock boards let you practice before the real thing. PDA does not guarantee licensure or employment; see the TSBDE for official requirements.

What exactly happens Friday night?

At 11:59 PM Central on Friday, August 21, the $397 promotional price ends. From Saturday, August 22 the program is $997 — its regular price. Anyone enrolled before the deadline keeps everything at $397. That's the whole mechanism — no extensions, no fake timers.

What if I decide I want in-person training instead?

Your full online payment transfers as credit toward In-Person tuition within 90 days. In-Person is $3,000 paid in full or $3,500 on a plan ($500 down + $3,000 balance). Upcoming Longview cohorts are on the calendar.

When can I start?

The minute you enroll. Checkout creates your student account, unlocks the course and the included tools, and emails you a one-tap sign-in link. Most students do their first lesson the same day.

Is there a payment plan for the online program?
