November dental assistant classes in Longview (Nov 9 & 17 starts)
Want to finish the holidays with a new career already in motion? Two in-person cohorts start this November in Longview — November 9 on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday rhythm and November 17 on Tuesday/Thursday. Here's the honest rundown.
The two November starts
The November 9 cohort meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The November 17 cohort meets Tuesday and Thursday. Both are daytime classes at our Longview campus (2800 Gilmer Rd, Suite 106) — call or text (903) 913-6444 for exact hours and to talk through which rhythm fits your week. Both cover the same ~12-week curriculum; the difference is purely which days work for your life.
Starting in November means you train through the holiday season and come out job-ready in early spring — while most people are still writing "new career" on a resolutions list. Twelve weeks passes fast either way; the only question is whether you're on the other side of it.
What's included
Tuition covers live instruction at the Longview campus, full access to our Practice Pro and ChairSide trainers, infection control and radiology training, your PDA Certificate of Completion, and job placement help with East Texas offices. You train on real equipment in a space built to feel like a working dental office — because that's what you're being prepared for.
What it costs
Straightforward: $3,000 paid in full, or $3,500 on a payment plan — $500 down holds your seat, then the $3,000 balance in simple weekly or monthly payments. No hidden fees, no surprises. Build your exact schedule with the tuition planner, and if money is the obstacle, Texas Workforce Solutions, WIOA, and GI Bill funding may apply — start with our WIOA guide.

Why seats are capped at eight
Eight students per class isn't a marketing line — it's how the training works. Small classes mean your instructor knows exactly where you are, hands-on stations don't have lines, and nobody hides in the back row. We wrote the whole philosophy up in why classes are capped at eight. The practical takeaway: when a cohort fills, it's full.
Earlier cohorts start August 17, August 25, September 14, and September 29 — see every date on the calendar. And the online program is self-paced and starts any day.
Start in November. Job-ready by spring.
Two start dates, eight seats each, hands-on from day one. Applying is free.
