PDA Practice Pro is Premier Dental Academy of Longview's practice-management trainer — a realistic dental-office software environment where future dental assistants practice the front-and-back-office work real offices run every day, before their first day on the job.
Inside the trainer, students work with: patient charts and demographics, appointment scheduling, treatment plans, insurance and claims workflows, perio charting, clinical notes, and recall pipelines — the same categories of tasks found in the practice-management systems East Texas dental offices use.
