What should I do after high school? A 2-minute honest quiz

Nobody can tell you what to do with your life from five multiple-choice questions — so this quiz won't pretend to. What it will do is take how you actually like to work and hand you a direction worth exploring first, plus the honest next steps for it. Two minutes, no login, and your answers stay on this page unless you choose to send them.

Before you start: what this is and isn't

This is a reflection tool we built, not a scientific assessment — think of it as the structured version of a good conversation with someone who asks better questions than "so what's your plan?" It sorts you toward one of four directions based on how you like to work. Take the result as a starting point to research, not a prophecy. If you're under 18, do the exploring it suggests together with a parent — the follow-up steps involve real decisions and real money, and those go better with your people in the room.

The quiz

Answer with your gut — first instinct is usually the honest one:

Whatever you got: how to test a direction cheaply

The worst move at 18 is betting years and thousands of dollars on an untested guess. Every direction above can be tested for nearly free: shadow someone for a day, take a free tool for a spin, visit a campus or a job site, talk to one person actually doing the work. If your result pointed at hands-on healthcare, your free tests are sitting right here: the is-it-for-me quiz, the practice exam to sample the material, and a free campus tour to stand in the actual room. One afternoon of testing beats a semester of wondering.

If the quiz pointed at hands-on healthcare…

Come stand in the actual room. Twelve weeks, eight seats, real instruments — and the tour costs nothing.
