Why it works
One sponsorship. Three wins.
The student wins
She gets into class without the money standing in her way — trains hands-on, earns her certificate, and starts a real career in months, not years.
Your business wins
You invest in the local workforce and we recognize your business publicly (with your permission) as her sponsor. We invoice you and provide full documentation — many businesses treat sponsorships as a business expense; ask your tax professional.
East Texas wins
Dental offices here hire assistants every cohort. One sponsorship turns a neighbor who needed a shot into a trained, working RDA in the community.
How it works
Like an angel tree — for careers.
Students raise their hand
People who want to take the class but can't afford tuition apply below. We talk to every one of them, and — with their written consent — create a short, first-name-only profile.
You pick a student
Browse the students waiting below (or let Amanda match you). Sponsor a full seat — $3,000 — or any part of one. We invoice your business directly; every dollar goes to that student's tuition.
She trains & goes to work
Your student enrolls in the next cohort, trains hands-on at the Longview campus, and we help her interview with East Texas offices when she finishes. You'll know the ending of this story.
The board
Students waiting for a sponsor.
First names only, listed with each student's written permission. Want the full story on any of them? Call Amanda — she knows every one personally.
Profiles are going up now.
Students are applying and Amanda is talking with each one before they're listed. Don't want to wait? Call (903) 913-6444 and she'll match your business with a student today.
🤝 For businesses: sponsor a student
Tell us who you are and how you'd like to help. Amanda will call you back within 1 business day with students who are ready to start.
🌱 For students: apply for a sponsorship
If you want to become a dental assistant but tuition is the thing in your way, tell us. There's no fee to apply and no obligation — Amanda reads every single one.
Also worth checking: TWC / WIOA / veterans funding and the $500-down payment plan — lots of students combine them.
