Sponsor a Student · Longview, TX

Adopt a future dental assistant.

Some of the hardest-working people in East Texas want to become Registered Dental Assistants — they just can't cover tuition. Your business can put one of them through school. She trains, graduates, and goes to work. That's the whole idea.

A full seat is $3,000 — or sponsor any part of one. Every dollar goes to tuition.

Why it works

One sponsorship. Three wins.

👩‍⚕️

The student wins

She gets into class without the money standing in her way — trains hands-on, earns her certificate, and starts a real career in months, not years.

🏢

Your business wins

You invest in the local workforce and we recognize your business publicly (with your permission) as her sponsor. We invoice you and provide full documentation — many businesses treat sponsorships as a business expense; ask your tax professional.

🦷

East Texas wins

Dental offices here hire assistants every cohort. One sponsorship turns a neighbor who needed a shot into a trained, working RDA in the community.

How it works

Like an angel tree — for careers.

2

You pick a student

Browse the students waiting below (or let Amanda match you). Sponsor a full seat — $3,000 — or any part of one. We invoice your business directly; every dollar goes to that student's tuition.

3

She trains & goes to work

Your student enrolls in the next cohort, trains hands-on at the Longview campus, and we help her interview with East Texas offices when she finishes. You'll know the ending of this story.

🌱 For students: apply for a sponsorship

If you want to become a dental assistant but tuition is the thing in your way, tell us. There's no fee to apply and no obligation — Amanda reads every single one.

Also worth checking: TWC / WIOA / veterans funding and the $500-down payment plan — lots of students combine them.

Common questions, honest answers.

How much does it cost to sponsor a student?+
A full seat is $3,000 (the pay-in-full tuition). You can also sponsor part of a seat — $500 covers a student's down payment and gets her started, and any amount is applied straight to tuition.
Is a sponsorship tax-deductible?+
We can't give tax advice. PDA is a private career school, not a 501(c)(3), so this isn't a charitable donation — but many local businesses treat sponsorships as an ordinary business expense (advertising / workforce development), especially with the public recognition we provide. We invoice your business and give you full documentation; ask your CPA how it fits your situation.
Do I pick the student?+
Your call. Browse the board above and pick someone, or tell Amanda what matters to you (your town, a dental office growing its own assistant, a single parent getting a restart) and she'll match you. She personally talks with every student before they're listed.
Where does the money go?+
100% to that student's tuition at Premier Dental Academy — we invoice you directly and apply it to her account. If your student can't finish, we'll talk to you before anything else happens with the funds.
I'm a student — is this a loan? What's the catch?+
Not a loan, and no catch: a sponsor pays some or all of your tuition because they want another trained dental assistant in East Texas. Your part is showing up and doing the work. Applying is free, and nothing about you is made public without your written OK.

Faster than a form? Call Amanda.

She runs the school, knows every student on this page, and can set up a sponsorship in one phone call.
